with the band Amboy Dukes but he proved himself to be a successful
solo artist and found further success with the band Damn Yankees.
Nugent has a special guitar that he uses to rock and roll, the
Gibson Byrdland.
Ted Nugent isn’t
just a musician though; he is also an avid sportsman and outdoor
lover. He is extremely outspoken when it comes to hunting and gun
control issues. He has also written several books including Kill It
and Grill It, as well as Ted, White and Blue: The Ted Nugent

he also hosts his own show on the Outdoor Channel called: Ted Nugent
Spirit of the Wild.
